Wanxiang
The Hangzhou Wanxiang Group was established by Lu Guanqiu in 1969 and is headquartered in Hangzhou’s Xiaoshan Economic and Technological Development Zone. The Wanxiang Group focuses on researching, developing, and manufacturing automotive components. The company currently holds the most universal joint patents worldwide, and is the largest global specialized manufacturer of those components. 
The predecessor of Wanxiang Group is an agricultural machinery factory. Now, it is one of the 120 national pilot enterprise groups, and one of the 520 key enterprises, and is on the top 100 list of Forbes China's leading enterprises.
Inside the country, Wanxiang Group has a manufacturing base of 6 square kilometers. It is the supporting partner of some international mainstream automobile factories, such as General Motors, Volkswagen, Ford, and Chrysler. Its competitive strength is the first in China auto parts industry.
