National Wetland Museum of China
National Wetland Museum of China, themed by wetland, is a national level popular professional museum integrating collection, research, exhibition, education, publicity and entertainment. It popularizes scientific knowledge about wetland, exhibits various wetlands and ecosystem functions all over the world, explores the secret of typical wetlands in China, analyzes current problems and threats facing the wetland, and introduces global wetland protection activities, especially the achievements China has made. In this way, it enables the visitors to have a better understanding of the beauty of wetland and related knowledge, and be conscious to respect the nature and enhance the harmonious development between human and the nature. The museum is mainly divided into four parts: Introduction Hall, Wetland and Human Hall, China Hall and Xixi Hall. Besides, there are Outdoor Space of Popular Science Center, Tourist Hall, Atrium, and Special Exhibition Hall. Wetland and Human Hall and Popular Science Center are at B1 floor. Outdoor Space, Introduction Hall, Tourist Hall, Atrium and China Hall are at the first floor. Xixi Hall is at the second floor. Special Exhibition Hall is at the third floor.
