China (Hangzhou) Cross-Border E-Commerce Comprehensive Pilot Area (“Comprehensive Pilot Area” for short) realizes the integration of information flow, capital flow and cargo flow of cross-border E-commerce by establishing six systems (information sharing system, financial service system, intelligent logistics system, E-commerce credit system, statistical monitoring system and risk prevention and control system) and two platforms (online “sole window” platform and offline “comprehensive park” platform).

At present, Comprehensive Pilot Area has arranged 12 offline industrial parks – Xiacheng Park, Xiasha Park, Konggang Park, Lin’an Park, Jianggan Park, Xiaoshan Park, Yuhang Park, EMS Park, Jiande Park, Fuyang Park, Gongshu Park and Xihu Park.
